Salon Wins Two National Awards.
At the recent
'Awards of Excellence' Presentation Gala held last Saturday,
June 25th, at the Gold Coast, studio suave of Coolum Beach, a
Queensland beauty salon, won two national awards.
The Association of Professional Aestheticians of Australia (APAA)
ceremony recognised and awarded the achievements of those individuals
and establishments that are committed to high standards and contribute
to the good reputation of the beauty industry.
Awards supported the ongoing commitment the APAA has to education
and training, with categories including 'Student of the Year'
and 'Thesis of the Year'.

The minor awards included 'Best Sole Practitioner', 'Most Innovative
Establishment in Marketing', 'Establishment Most Dedicated to
Education' and 'Client's Choice', which was won by studio suave.
The major national awards for 'Best New Establishment' won by
studio suave, 'Best Spa Establishment of the Year' and 'Best
Salon of the Year' highlighted the event.
studio suave, the only recipient of 'two awards' at the award
ceremony, showcasing the standards being achieved by Queensland
salons and Training Providers.
The national awards for the 'Best New
Establishment' and 'Client's Choice' included a prize of a Microdermabrasion
system valued at over $7695 for studio suave.
"The suave team thanks all of those clients that helped
studio suave achieve our 'Client's Choice' award. Client satisfaction
is how we measure our salon's success. Winning the 'Best New
Establishment' nationally is fantastic", commented Cath
Collins, owner of Queensland salon.
The salon, above the medial centre in Birtwill Street, Coolum
